Overview & Comparison

Spartan offers three pass options for 2027 across Spain, Andorra, and Western Europe: the Spartan Spain Season Pass, the Spartan Ultra Season Pass, and the regional Spartan Europe Pass.

Types of Season Passes

1. Spartan Spain Season Pass

• Coverage: Access to all Spain and Andorra OCR event weekends in 2027.
• Distances Included: Standard OCR distances (Sprint, Super, and Beast).
• Heats Included: Elite, Age Group, and Open heats.

2. Spartan Ultra Season Pass

• Coverage: Access to all Spain and Andorra OCR and Endurance event weekends in 2027.
• Distances Included: Standard OCR (Sprint, Super, Beast, Ultra) and 4-Hour Hurricane Heats.
• Heats Included: Elite, Age Group, and Open heats.

3. Spartan Europe Pass

• Coverage: Access to up to 15 regular-season races across Andorra, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, UK, Finland, Croatia (Hvar) in 2027.
• Distances Included: Core OCR (Sprint, Super, Beast, Ultra) and 4-Hour Hurricane Heats.
• Heats Included: Elite, Age Group, and Open heats.

Standard Pass Holder Benefits

• 100% Waived Race Entry: Waives the base registration fee for eligible events.

⚠️ Early Bird Requirement: The following benefits are only included with 2027 Season, Ultra Season, and Europe Passes purchased before December 31, 2026.

• Open Sprint Buddy Passes (3):
  • Details: Valid for three 2027 Sprint entries in Open Heats at €60 each.
  • Expiration: Codes expire on December 31, 2027.
  • How to claim: Unique codes are emailed to pass holders. Buddies enter the code into the promotion field during registration.
• Free Digital Race Photos:
  • Details: Pass holders receive digital photo packages without watermarks for every registered event directly purchased with the pass.
  • Eligibility: Included only with Ultra Season Passes (Spain/Andorra events) and Europe Passes (events in Andorra, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain).
  • Limit: One photo package per pass holder, per event. Photos cannot be transferred to other events or racers.
  • How to claim: Photos are automatically uploaded to the pass holder's Spartan Account within 72 hours after the event weekend. An email notification will be sent when photos are ready.

How to Register Using Your Pass

1. Locate Event: Go to the Spartan website and choose your event.
2. Start Registration: Click Register at the top of the event page.
3. Log In: Log into your Spartan Account using the exact same email address used to purchase your pass.
4. Select Heat & Apply Discount: Choose your preferred start time. The base registration fee will automatically discount to 100% off (excluding required racer add-on fees, taxes, and admin fees).

🛑 Note: If you do not see the race entry fee discounted to €0, do not complete checkout. Contact Customer Support for assistance before proceeding.

Event Eligibility & Specific Rules

Can I share my pass with a friend?

• No. Passes are non-transferable and strictly tied to the designated account holder.

🚨 Misuse Policy: Spartan enforces a zero-tolerance policy on Season Pass abuse. If your pass is used to register another person, their order will be canceled, and your pass will be revoked without refund.

Can I use my pass for Hurricane Heats?

• Spain Season Pass: No. Hurricane Heats are not included.
• Ultra Season & Europe Passes: Yes. Valid for 4-Hour Hurricane Heats only.
  • Exclusion: Not valid for 12-Hour or 24-Hour Hurricane Heats.

Terms, Exclusions, & Policies

Mandatory Fees & Limits

• Add-on & Processing Fees: Passes cover the base registration fee only. Pass holders are responsible for paying required mandatory processing fees, admin fees, taxes, and add-on fees at checkout.
• Sold-Out Heats: A pass does not guarantee entry into sold-out heats. Early registration is strongly recommended.
• Frequency Limits: Valid for one chip-timed entry per day, per event.

What is NOT Included?

• Kids Events: Season Passes cannot be applied to Kids races.
• Select Events: Charity races or partner-hosted events are excluded. 
• Travel & Extras: Parking, merchandise, travel expenses, and spectator passes are not covered.
• Upgrades: Registrations purchased with your pass cannot be upgraded to other event types.

Cancellation, Holds, & Transfers

• Refund Policy: All passes and registration fees are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Forfeiture: If you register for an event using your Season Pass and are unable to attend, your paid fees will be forfeited.
• Medical / Hold Policy: Passes cannot be put on hold for any reason (including injury, moving, or personal reasons).
• Prior Purchases: Past or active race registrations cannot be retroactively credited toward the purchase of a Season Pass.
• Pass Expiration: 2027 Season, Ultra Season, and Europe Passes are valid exclusively for races taking place in 2027 and expire on December 31, 2027.
• Terms Acceptance: Use of the Season Pass, Ultra Season Pass, or Europe Pass constitutes acceptance of all terms, conditions, and standard Spartan event policies.

Spartan reserves the right to update, modify, or change pass benefits, event schedules, and event access at any time without compensation. All benefits listed are valid ONLY for the 2027 Season Pass, Ultra Season Pass, and Europe Pass.
