What is the Trifecta Pass?

Entry to 1 Sprint, 1 Super, and 1 Beast (2025 Spain & andorra races only) for one price. 

Why should I get one, what are the benefits?

The 2025 Trifecta Pass Includes: 

• Entry to 1 Sprint, 1 Super, and 1 Beast (2025 Spain & Andorra races only)
• Valid for registrations in all heats (subject to availability)
• Excludes entry into any 2025 World or Regional Championship events and heats
• Exclusive pass holder gear (details coming soon) (Only valid for passes purchased before 30/9/2024)

How do I use my pass?

Using your 2025 Trifecta Pass to sign up for races is easy. Just follow the steps below: 

1. Locate the Receipt/Confirmation email for your Trifecta Pass Purchase and look for your Trifecta Pass Code (contains the prefix ESTRIPASS)
2. Go to the Spartan website and select the race you want to sign up for. 
3. Click "Register Now" and proceed through the registration flow. 
4. Enter your Trifecta passcode in the Promo Code box
5. Once applied, the 100% discount should be reflected, leaving only the racer add-on fees and processing fees.
6. If you do not see the discount applied, please do NOT complete the transaction and contact Spartan customer service.

How do I use my benefits?

Trifecta Pass Membership benefits are easy to use: 

• Race registration benefits:
  • Your pass can be used immediately upon purchase to register for live 2025 Spain & Andorra events
  • The Trifecta Pass cannot be applied to Kids, Trail, Ultra, HH, HH12HR, or Endurance Events
• Exclusive pass holder gear:

  • Items cannot be shipped and must be collected onsite at one of your registered Spanish events
  • Can only be claimed by the pass holder
  • Valid for pass purchases made before 30/9/2024

Anything else I need to know?

There are a few other important details... 

• Passes and discount codes will not cover any add-on or processing fees
  • Racers will be responsible for paying these fees during registration
• The Trifecta Pass cannot be applied to Kids, Trail, Ultra, 4HR HH, 12HR HH or Endurance Events
• The purchase of the Trifecta Pass does not automatically register you for any particular event or guarantee entry to any event, or heat
• You must use your Trifecta Passcode to register for the event you'd like to participate in
• Registrations purchased with your Trifecta Pass cannot be used to enter or upgrade to other events (Trail, Ultra, 4HR HH, 12HR HH, Agoge or any other events)
• Previously purchased registrations cannot be retroactively credited toward the Trifecta Pass
• Passes are not valid for Championship events and heats
• Special races, including Charity races or those put on by Spartan's partners, may not be included or may be available at a reduced rate
• Spartan reserves the right to update or remove benefits at any time

Do you offer refunds or Transfers?

• The pass is non-refundable and non-transferable
• If you signed up for a race and need to transfer, the standard transfer fees and timelines apply
  • You can only transfer to the same race type (Sprint to Sprint, for example)
  • Transfer instructions can be found here
• The Trifecta Pass is only valid for races in 2025 and expires on 31/12/2025
• The pass cannot be put on hold due to injury, moving, or any other reason
